Music Business Stuednts Welcome JaWar

Last week I had the opportunity to speak to the Music Business Department at ASU (Alabama State University). Dr. William Ashbourne, Entertainment Attorney is the head of the department and invited me to present. The invite came as a result of networking between he and I that took place during the Atlantis Music Conference in Atlanta.

Some of the topics that were discussed with the students included how to make money online in the music business, the new music business model and fame and fortune in the music industry.

Scates -SESAC, Dee Dee Murray -Purple Ribbon Entertainment, JoJo -Radio Personality Clear Channel, Yancy -WEA and Gorilla Zoe -Block Entertainment Recording Artist where able to share a few words about the music business with the ASU Music Business Students. The students seemed eager to learn and network with all of the speakers.
